Welcome to the site of the Indiana Tech Diamonds. The Diamonds are the official dance team for the Warriors Athletic Program. They are entering their third season under the reigns of Coach Sheenah Johnson. The duties of the Diamonds are to perform energetic, crowd pleasing routines on the court and sidelines of all Mens and Womens basketball games. Each member of the dance team is expected to maintain good academic standings in all assigned courses as well as maintain a passing GPA. All ladies are expected to maintain a great personal and physical appearance at all times. To become a member of the Indiana Tech Diamonds there are some skills that will be expected at the audition. Skills desired are as follows: Double/Triple Pirouhette, Right and Left split Leap, Straddle Leap, Toe Touch, and a small combination that will be taught at the audition.. The Indiana Tech Diamonds perform all styles of dance, i.e Jazz, Hip Hop, Jazz Funk,etc. They also receive in studio dance training with a focus on technique/ turns as SheeKriStyle Academy of Dance Arts located in the Village of Coventry. This year we hope to become a competitive dance team and continue to build a strong dance program at Indiana Tech.
