Kirsta Solberg will be entering her second season with the Lady Warriors. In her first season, Solberg helped lead the team to a successful 25-19 record as well as a third place finish in the Conference Tournament and advancement to the Regional Semi-Finals. Solberg also helped lead a successful team in the classroom as the Varsity squad had a team GPA of a 3.53 as well as 5 NAIA Academic All-Americans. She also coached 4 players into a 1st team selection for the WHAC team as well as a player on the All-Freshman team and an honorable mention.

Solberg has had much experience with all levels of volleyball and knows what it takes to be successful at all of them. As a high school player for Huron High School in Huron, Ohio, she helped lead her team to its first ever Division III State Volleyball Championship in 1999. She was also named 1st Team All-Ohio, District Player of the Year and was runner-up for Ohio Player of the Year. Solberg then went on to play at Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne, Indiana where she received her Bachelor in Fine Arts for Visual Communication and Design while playing 4 years with the Mastodons. While at IPFW, she took the role of captain and helped lead the team to the Division I Independent Tournament Championship in 2002 and Runner-ups in 2003. She was also named on the All-Independent team as well as the Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2004. After her four years with IPFW, she continued her career playing professionally with Holte IF in Copenhagen, Denmark. There she was the first American in the league as well as helped lead her team to the Danish National Finals.

Morgan Anson

Morgan is entering her first season coaching with the Lady Warriors. Originally from Vicksburg, Michigan, Morgan came to Indiana Tech to play volleyball in her junior year, transferring from playing 2 years with Kellogg Community College. As a player, Morgan held the role of Captain of the Indiana Tech team, was an NAIA Academic All-American, and received honorable mention honors for the WHAC conference in her senior season. Morgan also holds the record for highest hitting percentage in a single match against Madonna. Playing both opposite and libero for the Warriors, Morgan will bring much experience to the Varsity team. She has been playing volleyball for more than 8 years and has also spent some time coaching the 7th grade team at Vicksburg Middle School as well many volleyball camps throughout her career as a player. Morgan hopes to bring her experience in teaching the basic skills of volleyball, teamwork, and leadership to help build a successful team both on and off the court at Indiana Tech.

Jenni Wallace

Jenni will be joining the Indiana Tech Warriors for her first season as the Junior Varsity Head Coach. Jenni has been playing volleyball for over 15 years. From Michigan, Jenni played as an opposite hitter at Centreville High School where her team won the SJV conference two years in a row. She proceeded to attend Taylor University Fort Wayne where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry while playing for the volleyball team. At Taylor she was an opposite and later in her career became the libero for the team. She broke several defensive records as well as received many awards. Jenni had the privilege of going to Nationals each year she played at Taylor and placed second, two of the four years. While at Taylor, Jenni volunteered at several volleyball camps for the community and each year helped out with the Dick Powers program. Jenni led the team as a captain her senior year and from there went on to coach the 7th grade team at Blackhawk Christian school in Fort Wayne. Since then, she has been playing on Fairplay Volleyball leagues and leisurely at the YMCA. Currently Jenni trains and runs marathons and is finishing up her Masters in Counseling at IPFW.

Jorge Ralat

Jorge Emilio Ralat joins the Indiana Tech Warriors for his first season as the setters' trainer. Originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico, Jorge spent his early years of volleyball setting for his 2-time championship high school team, Academia Cristo Rey, where he graduated in 1993. While in high school, he was named the Player of the Year on his Championship team in 1992 and 1993. He was also named the Athlete of the Year for his high school in 1993. Jorge has also spent 5 years playing professionally in Puerto Rico for various teams. He was part of the championship team with Ponce Lions. Volleyball brought Jorge to Indiana, as he played for the IPFW Mastodons from 1996-1999 and was a part of the Final Four team that competed in UCLA in 1999. Jorge also spent some time playing professionally in 2006 for Omonia, Nicosia (Cyprus) in 2006.

Jeffrey Jodway

Jeff Jodway will begin his first season with the Indiana Tech Warriors. Jeff is a 2005 Indiana Tech graduate with a B.S. in Sports Management. Jeff began his coaching career as the manager of the Ohio State Women's Volleyball team that went to the Final Four in 1994. He was an assistant coach at Otterbein College and Urbana University. Jeff has also played and coached Collegiate Club Volleyball, as well as officiated USA Volleyball. Jeff has been involved in volleyball on and off the court for over 10 years and hopes that his experience will help lead the warriors to another successful season.
