Shatea McNeill will join the Lady Warriors as a first year coach for the 2007-2008 season. Shatea will be leading the Lady Warriors JV team this season in the hopes of helping to develop and fine tune players skills to get them to the varsity level.

Shatea will be no stranger to the program. The Brooklyn New York native played for the Lady Warriors JV basketball team for 2 years.

“I am very excited to have this opportunity. I love sports in general and have grown up watching the game of basketball my whole life. I always said some day I would like to coach, who knew that would be sooner than later. I am just ready to learn as much as possible so that I can help make a positive impact on the team anyway I can. Tech is my second home so this feels like a chance of a life time.”
